The rooms were spacious and clean. the staff in the animation team were friendly and always in a good mood. the private beach was a key location feature and it was always clean. the Turkish night food was also enjoyable.
The hotel is mainly geared towards German, speaking guests and there were very few staff that spoke English. the beach bags seemed to be only offered to German guests, which was strange.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were met at this hotel. the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room were all well, maintained. the hotel's private beach was pristine and equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the staff provided great live entertainment, Aqua park and offered beauty treatments at their on, site Spa centre adding to the luxurious feel of the stay.
The staff spoke limited English, and service at the ala, carte restaurant was slow and portions were small. this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious and enjoyable experience.
